I don’t come in as the guru. I create the room.
I’ve spent my career inside some of the world’s most complex organisations  Deloitte, EY, IAG, Nomura, Zurich Insurance, Direct Line Group, VWFS and many others. I’ve lived and worked in Sydney, Hong Kong, Switzerland and the UK, supporting leaders across industries, cultures and continents.

Over the years, I’ve heard thousands of leadership stories the honest ones, the private ones, the ones leaders only share when they feel safe. And across all those conversations, something consistent began to emerge.

Leaders aren’t held back by a lack of intelligence, ambition or technical skill. They’re held back by a lack of space. Not space in their diary space in their thinking.

That insight became the foundation for The Leadership Exchange.
The Metaphor at the Heart of This Work

The Greenhouse

In the world outside the greenhouse, leaders navigate constant expectations. They are responsible for decisions, people, performance, culture, communication, presence and resilience often all at once.
The Leadership Exchange is designed as a greenhouse. A curated, intimate environment where up to eight leaders step inside and experience a different kind of climate one where they can pause, think clearly, speak openly, and reconnect with who they are as leaders.

🌡️

The temperature is steady

No performance pressure. No judgment. A pace that is thoughtful and humane where the focus shifts from delivering to developing.

🌱

Growth with intention

Leaders examine their patterns, assumptions, strengths and blind spots. They test new approaches in a supportive environment.

🌳

Stronger roots

When they step back into their organisations, they return with clearer direction, healthier boundaries, and a more grounded leadership presence.
My Approach

What I believe about leadership

🌐

Leadership is universal

The patterns of great leadership I’ve seen in global organisations are just as relevant in a 10-person SME. The challenges are the same the resources rarely are.

🤝

Leaders flourish in the right company

The most effective leaders I’ve met all had one thing in common: access to trusted people who could challenge them, support them, and tell them the truth.

💡

The right question beats the right answer

My role isn’t to tell people what to do. It’s to create an environment where the right questions surface and where the answers come from the collective intelligence of the room.
